How to deal with the flooded injection molding machine urgently?

because injection molding machine The machine body is low and has the performance characteristics of convenient feeding and maintenance; It is an industrial mechanical product used to manufacture plastic products; As we all know, the performance of the flooded injection molding machine not only declines, but also its parts cannot be used.

 

Emergency treatment after the injection molding machine is flooded:

 

1、 Electrical control part:

After entering the electrical components, it will lead to corrosion and insulation degradation of various electrical components; The following steps are generally followed:

 

1. Disconnect all power supplies.

 

2. In a short time after water ingress, the battery on the main board of the I/O computer is removed (it is recommended that the customer operate in a timely manner) because when the I/O battery is not disassembled, individual components are still powered on, which will accelerate the rust and corrosion of these components of the injection molding machine, and will increase the difficulty and cost of component maintenance.

 

3. Remove the electrical components in the whole electrical box (operated by service personnel) and clean them with alcohol. If necessary, disassemble and clean the parts, including I/O board, 24V power supply, 5V power supply, transformer, AC contactor, air quick closing, axial flow fan, etc.

 

4. When drying, use the on-site drying hopper to completely dry all parts. The disassembled and cleaned parts can be put into the drying hopper in layers. The drying temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the drying time is 8-10 hours. Test whether the insulation resistance value meets the requirements (generally measured with 200k gear), and judge whether it is completely dry.

 

5. The dry and complete electrical components (operated by service personnel) shall be checked separately, and they can be installed and used only after being checked to be in good condition.

 

2、 Hydraulic part:

1. The injection molding machine oil pump cannot be opened, because after the motor is opened, the water in the hydraulic oil may enter the hydraulic pipeline system of the machine, causing corrosion of metal hydraulic components.

 

2. Check whether the hydraulic oil of the injection molding machine has water ingress. Open the plug at the bottom of the oil tank on the rack, release a small amount of oil, and light it with paper. If the fire cannot be ignited during combustion, it indicates that there is water in the hydraulic oil and all hydraulic oils need to be replaced. (Anhydrous copper sulfate can also be used to test whether it turns blue, which indicates water content.)

 

3. If the oil contains water, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil in the oil tank. Clean the oil tank with a clean cloth before changing the oil.
