Inspection, cleaning and maintenance before startup
Whether the power cord and cable are intact, and whether the electrical connection is tight.
Check whether the moving parts of the equipment are normal, especially the machine hinge parts, formwork parts, track or steel strip lubrication parts.
Whether the lubricating system needs to add or replace lubricating oil. If the shutdown time is long, it can be lubricated manually for 3~5 times.
Ensure that all pneumatic and hydraulic systems are tightly connected without leakage.
Check all safety protection devices, peripheral auxiliary machines, sensors and instruments, and ensure their normal operation.
Remove all sundries, oil stains and dust in the equipment and surrounding environment to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
