If the temperature rise of the injection molding machine is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the volumetric efficiency of the pump and the efficiency of the whole system will be significantly reduced. With the decrease of oil viscosity, the oil film of moving parts such as slide valve becomes thinner and cut off, and the friction resistance increases, leading to increased wear. This will shorten the service life of the machine.

 

If the temperature rise of the injection molding machine is too high, the working quality of the parts will become worse, the air dissolved in the oil will overflow, causing cavitation, reducing the working performance of the hydraulic system, and reducing the working efficiency of the injection molding machine. The ideal working temperature of the hydraulic system should be between 45-50 degrees, because the hydraulic system is designed according to the viscosity of the selected pressure oil, but the viscosity will change with the oil temperature, thus affecting the working elements in the system. For example, the oil cylinder and hydraulic valve reduce the control precision and response sensitivity. At the same time, if the temperature is too high, it will accelerate the aging of the seal, leading to its hardening and cracking; Low temperature will consume processing energy and reduce the running speed. Therefore, pay close attention to the working temperature of hydraulic oil. There are many reasons for high oil temperature, but most of them are attributed to oil circuit failure or the effectiveness of the cooling system.

 

If the temperature of the injection molding machine is too high, it will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, precipitate asphalt substances, and reduce the service life of the hydraulic oil. The sediment blocks the damping hole and slit valve port, causing the pressure valve to be stuck and unable to act, the metal pipeline to stretch and bend, or even break.

1、 According to different load requirements, frequently check and adjust the pressure of the relief valve to make it just right.

 

2、 Reasonably select hydraulic oil, especially the viscosity of oil. If conditions permit, try to use a lower viscosity to reduce viscosity friction loss.

 

3、 Improve the lubrication condition of moving parts, reduce friction loss, help to reduce working load and reduce heating.

 

4、 Improve the assembly quality and accuracy of hydraulic components and hydraulic systems, strictly control the fitting clearance of mating parts, and improve lubrication conditions. The sealing material with small friction coefficient and improved sealing structure are used to reduce the starting force of the hydraulic cylinder as much as possible, thus reducing the energy generated by mechanical friction loss.
