The fixture is a huge mechanical thrust, which tightens the mold to prevent the plastic from melting during the injection molding process of high-pressure injection and mold installation, thus generating a huge mold opening force.


After the safety door is closed, the travel switch sends a signal and the clamping action starts immediately. First, move the template, start it at a slower speed, walk forward for a short distance, and then press the original slow switch to separate the lever pressing block, so that the movable plate can rotate forward quickly. When the clamp is close to the end, the pressure rod at the other end of the lever presses the slow switch, and then the movable plate rotates slowly again and moves forward under low pressure.


In the process of low-pressure clamping, if there is no obstacle between the molds, the high-pressure switch can be used to gently close. The purpose of rotating the high pressure is to straighten the machine hinge and complete the clamping action. This distance is very short, usually only 0.3~ 1.0 mm, a circle of high voltage reaches the end of the clamping limit switch, then the action stops, and the mold closing process is ended.


The clamping structure of the machine tool is fully hydraulically connected with the machine tool. Regardless of the structure, this link will eventually be completely straightened out to achieve the consolidation of labor force. The process of connecting rod stretching is the process of opening holes in the moving plate and tail plate, and the process of increasing the four bar force.


The clamping force can be known. The tension clamping force in the hydraulic gauge can rise to the maximum value. If the clamping force is large, the maximum value of the hydraulic system will increase, and vice versa. small-scale injection molding machine There is no clamping hydraulic gauge, so it is necessary to judge whether the mold is really tightened according to the straightening condition of the connecting rod.


When the machine closes the mold, if the connecting rod is not easy to straighten, "almost" straightened, or one of several pairs of connecting rods is not fully straightened, then mold expansion will occur in the injection molding process, and flap or other problems will occur in the manufacturing process.
