How to solve the problem that the injection molding machine often fails to open the mold? For example, the mold cannot be opened. It is mainly divided into three failure phenomena: no action with pressure, action with pressure, and no action with pressure.

1、 There is pressure but no action: first check whether the indicator light of output plate type valve opening is on. If it is on, it means that the computer output is normal, and there is a problem in the circuit from the computer to the mold opening. The simplest way is that one person uses a small electric pen to open the mold, and the other person opens the mold. If the mold can be opened successfully after the top, confirm the problem of the route and pull a line to solve it.

2、 There is pressure and action, but mold opening is not allowed. The output board is normal, and the circuit from the output board to the valve is also normal. There are four situations.

1. The fastening screws of the piston of the mold locking cylinder are loose, the piston rod is blocked, etc., which causes the screws in the cylinder to be hairy.

2. The best way to lock the machine is to disassemble the clamping oil pipe and operate it with a jack to avoid damage to the machine.

3. It cannot be attracted by hinges (such as baking hinges).

4. Due to interference (oil interference and circuit interference), the valve column is clamped. When the mold opening action is to be carried out at the same time, the oil supply of the oil pump cannot reach the pressure and flow required for mold opening, so of course, mold opening cannot be carried out. Another kind of interference is the interference of the circuit, for example, the mold opening wire and mold closing wire are connected. Because the mold opening valve and mold closing valve act at the same time, the mold cannot be opened even under the pressure of about 20km.

3、 There is no pressure and no action, but the output board of the computer is normal, with pressure and speed, and the mold opening valve has output. When it is displayed on the computer home page, check other work. For example, if the launch pad and launch pad are found to be normal, it means that the phenomenon is a single mold opening. Generally, one person performs mold opening, and the other person uses a multimeter to measure whether the coil voltage of the mold opening valve is about 22-30V.
