4. Turn on the barrel heating switch, turn on the electric power supply, adjust the thermostat and temperature controller on the door of the box, set the temperature, observe the current of the ammeter, and judge whether the electric coil is good or not.
5. The test run shall be carried out from manual to semi-automatic to fully automatic, and the important fastening bolts shall be checked for looseness. If there is any abnormality, it shall be stopped immediately. After confirming that it is normal or the fault is eliminated, the test run can be carried out again.
6. When stopping processing or changing materials, the material cylinder shall be cleaned. The cleaning work shall be carried out when the material cylinder is heated. 7. When the processing stops, first turn the action switch to the manual position, other action switches to the OO position, the barrel heating switch to OFF, press the motor stop button to turn off the oil pump motor, and finally turn off the power switch to end the work.
