"Back to the South" is common in South China and occurs every February and March. During June and July, there will be "plum rain days" in central and eastern China.
The electrical components and movable joints of the equipment will be greatly damaged in wet weather. Please take relevant moisture-proof measures. The following is the moisture-proof maintenance guide.
Damp proof protection of electrical elements
When moist air enters the electric cabinet, condensation drops will form on cold surfaces such as circuit boards, integrated modules, transformers and contactors. These electrical components will be short circuited. If the machine is started directly without treatment, the electrical components will be short circuited.
"Back to the South" has just arrived. What should we do?
If the workshop is manned for a long time, the equipment can be powered on, the electric heat can be adjusted to the heat preservation mode, and the motor can be turned off.
If the equipment is shut down or the workshop is unattended, please place desiccant in the electric control box and close the door tightly. If necessary, it can be sealed with adhesive film.
A small amount of water drops appear in the electric control cabinet. What should we do?
If a small amount of water drops are found in the electric control cabinet, please place or replace a new desiccant in time, dry the electrical components thoroughly with an air gun, and then power on and start. If any abnormality is found, please shut down and power off immediately, and contact the after-sales personnel of Liansheng for handling.
The electric cabinet has been affected with damp, what should we do?
If it is found that a large amount of water droplets have attached to the surface of the electrical components and may have damaged the electrical components in the electric control cabinet, please contact the after-sales personnel of Liansheng for treatment. Do not force the power on to start the machine, and be careful not to aggravate the losses.
Damp proof protection of lubricating oil and movable joints
The humid air will form condensation drops on the surface of each movable joint and exposed sheet metal, which will reduce the corrosion and rust resistance. And the moisture will accelerate the corrosion of parts, especially the working surface of precision parts, the surface of hydraulic cylinder piston, the surface of guide rail and slide block, the surface of lead screw nut of all electric injection molding machine, the surface of template and the crank arm shaft.
Some moist air and condensate droplets may be mixed into the equipment oil barrel opening and storage oil barrel opening, resulting in oil emulsion.
How should lubricating oil be protected?
Check whether the sealing ring at the oil drum mouth of the equipment is airtight, replace the aging sealing ring in time and ensure that it is tightened.
Lubricating oil shall be stored in a dry and ventilated space to avoid moisture and direct exposure to the sun.
Once found Lubricating oil For emulsification, first find out the source of water, thoroughly clean the oil tank and oil circuit, and then replace the oil.
How to protect the equipment's movable joints from moisture?
Once it is found that there is water attached to the surface of each movable joint, thoroughly clean the water, add the specified brand of grease or lubricating oil, and isolate the wet air corrosion.
